In an article about the Wayne County Health Department's Golden "A" awards, a comment included by the department about the criteria for the honor was in error.
Restaurants and food stands must earn a score of 95 percent or higher on four consecutive inspections during the year, not 82 percent.
Wal-Mart's meat market was also incorrectly listed in the evening's program as being a recipient.
