It's a bust: Website 'glitches' cause for delay

It doesn't take much space to say it: The Republicans were right.

Although you might disagree with the method -- and perhaps quibble about the after effects -- the bottom line is that those who called for a delay in the implementation of the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act were dead-on right.

When you have a nearly half a billion dollar website that does not work -- and it is a critical component for users to access the health care system -- you have a failure and a reason to pull back. And that is what should have happened.

The only reason that this was rushed to implementation was politics, pure and simple.

And all those Democrats who formed a united front to block all efforts to delay its introduction, while allowing themselves and others to take a pass on using the system, should be held accountable.

Just imagine how much fun it is going to be to deal with the government running health care.
