Langille-Maxwell
Trudy Langille and Jerry Maxwell of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Aug. 6, 2016, at 5 p.m. at Lane Tree Golf Club, with the Rev Joshua Thomas Hobgood officiating.
The bride is the daughter of the late Arthur Langille Sr. and Maxine Langille of Presque Isle, Maine.
She is employed at Strickland Insurance Brokers Inc.
The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Maxwell of Wade, N.C.
He retired as a sergeant with the North Carolina Highway Patrol and with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He is employed at Strata Solar Co. of Chapel Hill, N.C.
The bride was escorted by her sons, Trent and Jered.
Nicki Skinner was maid of honor. Bridesmen were Trent Bolster and Jered Bolster.
Best women were the groom’s daughters, Robyn Maxwell Roberts, Anna Maxwell Snyder and Sara Parker Maxwell Hobgood. Kelly Langille distributed programs and directed guests to sign the beach wall art.
A reception immediately followed the ceremony at Lane Tree Golf Club with dinner served to all guests.
