Nancy Sullivan Pilkington of Goldsboro and William Oliver Mills of Greenville, N.C., were married in a double-ring ceremony March 30, 2014, at Stoney Creek Original Free Will Baptist Church in Goldsboro, with Dr. Elvin R. Butts of Dunn, brother-in-law of the bride, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Hazel Howell Sullivan and the late Paul Sullivan of Goldsboro.

She is retired from teaching in the Wayne County Schools.

The groom is the son of the late Buddy and Dicie Boyd Mills of Greenville.

He is retired from the finance industry.

The couple was attended by their sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick and Treva Mills of Greenville, Trevor and Teresa Pilkington of Pikeville, Trent Pilkington of Greenville and Thomas and Emilee Pilkington of Durham.

They were also attended by their grandchildren, Skylar, Carter and Makenzie Mills of Greenville and Peyton and Anna Pilkington of Pikeville.

The ceremony was followed by a reception, which was also held at the church.

The couple are residing in Goldsboro.
