Sturgeon-McCullen
Stephanie Nicole Sturgeon of Charlotte and Matthew Brian McCullen of Charlotte exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 19, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill, S.C., with the Rev. Diana Collins officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John Sturgeon of Indian Trail, N.C., and Linda Sturgeon of Fort Mill, S.C., and the granddaughter of Martin Sturgeon of Flint, Mich., Angie Dean of Zephyr Hills, Fla., and the late John Detore and Stephanie Detore of Ashtabula, Ohio.
The groom is the son of Kenneth and Sheila McCullen of Goldsboro and the grandson of Nettie Pearl McCullen and the late Robert Glenn McCullen of Fremont and Marie Edwards Bailey and the late Roland Edwards of Stantonsburg.
Abby Maurer served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica McCullen Meisenhelder, Amanda Bagford, Lauren Spratt and Mary Reid English. Sierra Campusano was flower girl.
Kenneth McCullen served as best man. Groomsmen were Zach Sturgeon, Branden Price, Josh Wilson and David Bowles.
A reception was held at the Field Trial Barn in Fort Mill, S.C. After a wedding trip to The Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Charlotte, N.C.
