Jessica Lauren Seymour and Jacob Alton Brintle exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Jan. 7, 2012, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at The Tucker House in Raleigh, with Darrin Allen officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Howard Daley and Connie Barrett Seymour of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of the late Albert Gladys and Vonnie Jackson Seymour of Goldsboro and the late Brutus Willard and Margie Richards Barrett of Raleigh.

She graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2007 and North Carolina State University in 2011 cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and in 2012 with a master’s degree in accounting. She will be employed as an audit associate with Grant Thornton LLP.

The groom is the son of Charles Alton and Wanda Williams Brintle of Yadkinville and the grandson of the late Max Alton Brintle and Gail Kidd Brintle of Mount Airy, Judy Hardy Lane Brintle of Dobson and the late James Hugh and Margaret Gentry Williams of Yadkinville.

He graduated from Forbush High School in 2003 and from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in multimedia arts and sciences. He is employed as an elearning technician with the North Carolina Community Colleges System office.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

Jillian Casey was maid of honor.

Charles Brintle, father of the groom, served as best man.

The groomsman was Samuel Riddle.

A reception followed at the Tucker House.

After a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Raleigh.
