Gottshall-Whitmire
Gail Beth Gottshall and Daniel Ray Whitmire exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony April 21, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Chapel, with pastor Steward Smith officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Donald Lee and Joy Linda Gottshall of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of the late Harry Gerald, Ida Gottshall, the late Robert Anton and Anna May Asby.
The groom is the son of Timothy Ray and Jacqueline Bannon Whitmire of Goldsboro and the grandson of the late Thomas Fred and Elinor Ann Whitmire and Mary Catherine Ann Bannon and the late Joseph Francis Bannon.
Carolyn Hopper served as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Ms. Amy Sawtelle and Ms. Wendy Mitchell.
Bradley Whitmire served as best man.
Groomsmen were Mr. Mike Jones and Mr. Eric Whitmire.
Ushers were Mr. Shawn Sawtelle and Mr. Brant Mitchell.
Zoey Sawtelle was flower girl.
Trey Mitchell was ringbearer.
Devin Sawtelle served as bell ringer.
The bride’s parents hosted a reception immediately following the ceremony.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner April 20, 2012.
