Casey DeAnn Parrish of Goldsboro and Kyle Christopher Lyden exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. at Family of Faith Community Church, with pastor John E. Earnest officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Percy Dale Parrish of Zebulon and Pam Faye Bunn of Phoenix, Ariz., and the granddaughter of Percy Bryant and Peggy Lois Parrish and the late Mack and Hilda Faye Bunn of Zebulon.

She graduated from Owego Free Academy in Owego, NY. She is employed at Hwy. 13 North Mini Storage and U-Haul.

The groom is the son of Sandra Sheryl Anne Lyden of Goldsboro and the late John Thomas Lyden of Sharpsville, Pa., and the grandson of the late John Francis and Irene Toth Lyden of Farrell, Pa., and the late Thomas Elijah and Donna Moore Skinner of Sharpsville.

He graduated from Eastern Wayne High School. He is employed at Brooklyn’s Pizzeria.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a white taffeta layered strapless gown with a corseted bodice, elongated waistline and chapel-length train. The bodice was enhanced with lace and beading that continued to the back of the gown.

Her headpiece was a pearl comb with a multi-tiered elbow-length veil.

The bride carried red roses and white mums.

Bridesmaids were Candice Lancaster, Angela Hill and Lydia Parker of Goldsboro.

Groomsmen were Matt Bronner, Jarred Gilstrap, Ryan Ginn and Tim Hamilton of Goldsboro.

Gena Parrish of Zebulon was the flower girl. Alijah Lyden of Goldsboro was the ringbearer.

A program of wedding music was provided by Chris Teal of Goldsboro.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church then the party moved to Morgan’s.

The couple will take a wedding trip in the summer of next year. They will reside in Goldsboro.

Events held before the wedding included a bridal shower hosted by the bride’s parents and family friends.

A rehearsal dinner was held at Los Fogones.
