Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Mozingo

TOPSAIL ISLAND — Jennifer Shelton Franks of Goldsboro and Matthew Derlyn Mozingo exchanged vows in a double-ring seaside ceremony June 26 at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Jimmy Rogers officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Jackie Shelton of Hughesville, Md., and the late Robert Shelton of LaPlata, Md., and the granddaughter of James W. Shelton and Shirley Ann Shelton of LaPlata, Martha Kohlieber Hull of Hughesville and the late George Kohlieber.

She is a 1993 graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School and a graduate of Mount Olive College. She is employed as a human resources administrator at Cooper Interconnect in LaGrange.

The groom is the son of Larry Derlyn and Donna Johnson Mozingo of Goldsboro and the grandson of Dorothy Wiggins Mozingo, the late John Roberts Mozingo, Ida Daughtry Johnson and the late Preston Edward Johnson of Goldsboro.

He is a 1992 graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School. He is employed as the maintenance supervisor at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Consolidated Clubs.

Daughter Katelyn Franks, daughter, was the junior bridesmaid and presented the rings to the couple.

Meredith Mozingo, daughter, was flower girl.

The couple resides in Goldsboro.
