PRINCETON — Danielle Gwen Langston and Joshua Kyle Leggett exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. at Princeton Baptist Church, with Dwayne Batten officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Charlie Guy and Diane Williams Langston of Princeton and the granddaughter of Joyce Langston, the late Lester Langston and Trudy Williams of Princeton and the late Joseph Williams of Raleigh.

She is a 2005 graduate of Princeton High School and a 2008 graduate of Johnston Community College with an associate degree in business administration. She attends Mount Olive College for a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is employed as an office assistant at Riccobene Associates.

The groom is the son of Bobby Raymond and Sandra Pittman Leggett of Kenly and the grandson of Tom and Jean Leggett and Billy and Edna Pittman of Kenly.

He is a 2005 graduate of North Johnston High School and a 2008 graduate of Johnston Community College with an associate degree in arts. He attends Mount Olive College for a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is employed as a nursery manager at Bayer Environmental Science.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a satin and tulle asymmetrical pick-up gown with a pleated surplice bodice and beaded metallic embroidered lace. It had a chapel train.

Her headpiece was a white veil with scattered rhinestones.

Johanna Langston was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Brooke Harrison, Nicole Hargis and Tara Smith of Princeton and Ashley Talton of Benson, friends of the bride, and Erika Wells of Kenly, niece of the groom.

Bobby Leggett was the best man.

Groomsmen were Cameron Gammon of Raleigh and Hunter Gurley of Princeton, friends of the couple, and Brent Tedder of Kenly, Dustin Corbett of Selma and Jason Driver of Wendell, friends of the groom.

Ushers were Kevin Langston of Wendell and Bryan Langston of Princeton, brothers of the bride.

Kodi Langston was flower girl. Kaden Langston was ringbearer.

Hannah Naylor directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Tiffany Langston.

Khloe Langston and Cassidy Langston, niece of the bride, were bell ringers.

A program of wedding music was provided by Kathy Saniford, pianist, and Annabelle Clifton, vocalist.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Gurley House in Princeton.

After their wedding cruise to Key West and Bahamas, the couple will reside in Kenly.

Events held before the wedding included a wedding shower at Princeton Community Building hosted by Linda Langston, Susan Langston, Johanna Langston and friends and family; a wedding shower at Stancil’s Chapel Church in Kenly hosted by the groom’s family; a bridal luncheon at the Royal Tea Room hosted by Barbra Hardee and Renee Smith; a lingerie shower hosted by Brooke Gerrell, Ashley Talton and friends; a Christmas decor shower hosted by Johanna Langston, sister-in-law of the bride; and a wedding shower hosted by co-workers of Riccobene Associates and Lynn Harrison.

The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Princeton Baptist Church reception hall.
