Miller - Lundquist
PRINCETON — Shannon Marie Lundquist of Princeton and Andrew Todd Miller exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. at Princeton Baptist Church, with Andy Stovall officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Steven John and Connie Lynn Lundquist of Princeton, the granddaughter of Lori Lundquist of Goldsboro and the great-granddaughter of Goldie Lundquist of Goldsboro.
She graduated from Princeton High School in 1999. She is employed as a caterer at Casey’s Floral and Catering.
The groom is the son of Andy Miller and Terry Blackmon of Princeton, the stepson of Dennis R. Blackmon and the grandson of Virginia Miller and Linda Pittman of Princeton.
He graduated from North Johnston High School in 1999 and North Carolina State University in 2001. He is employed as manager of the catering department at Casey’s Floral and Catering.
The bride was escorted by her uncle, Rick Lundquist, and given in marriage by Ryan Linder and Shyanna Lundquist.
She wore a strapless off-white dress gathered above the waistline with crystal beads.
Her headpiece was a sheer veil trimmed with crystal beads.
The bride carried a clutch bouquet of miniature cream calla lilies and assorted greens.
Ashley Haddock was maid of honor.
Tara Myers was the bridesmaid.
Andy Miller was best man.
Ryan Rinehart was the groomsman.
Ushers were Nicklas Becton and Jonathon Rose.
Shyanna Lundquist wass flower girl. Ryan Linder was ringbearer.
Wanda Becton directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Michelle Cobb.
A program of wedding music was provided by Marshall Price Sound; Steven Langston, DJ.; and Wanda Becton, Michael Price and Scott Boyette, vocalists.
Following the ceremony, a brunch reception was held at the home of Dennis and Terry Blackmon.
After their wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple will reside in Princeton.
Events held before the wedding included a shower July 11 at the home of Joy Penington hosted by McCrae Henn and Lori Lundquist of Goldsboro; an Hawaiian pig picking Aug. 22 at the home of Scott and Kathy Boyette hosted by Sandy and Mac Jones; and a lingerie shower Aug. 29 hosted by Ashley Haddock and Tara Myers.
Dennis and Terry Blackmon hosted a rehearsal dinner at the home of Mac and Sandy Jones.
