FREMONT — Latasha Lewis of Goldsboro and Anthony Greenfield exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 6 at 6 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church, with Tedaro Reid officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne Forte of Charlotte and Lorie Atkinson of Dudley, the stepdaughter of Vincent Atkinson and Gladys Forte and the granddaughter of J.B. and Lillian Forte of Pikeville and Leonard and Arletha Lewis of Fremont.

The groom is the son of Joanne Greenfield and the late Edward Greenfield of Goldsboro and the grandson of Magdalene and the late Edward Greenfield and the late Mercer and Ethel Hood of Goldsboro.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Lorraine Lee was matron of honor, while Kim Fredrick and Angela Holiday were maids of honor.

Bridesmaids were Lucretia Houston and Michelle Hilliker.

Kenny Johnson was best man.

Groomsmen were Patrick Williams, Taniko Upton, Maurice Greenfield, Myquan Houston and Darrell Lee.

Ushers were Glenn Stevens and RayQuon Jones.

Charmaneka Lewis and K’nya Mathis were junior bridesmaids.

Awnya Greenfield and Kyla Greenfield were flower girls. Kvante Davis was ringbearer.

Shirley Summers directed the wedding. Presiding at the register were Barbara Rainford, Gloria Lewis and Alice Taylor.

A program of wedding music was provided by Eric Carmichael, pianist; and Perry Butler and Antwanette Best, vocalists; and Edward D. Greenfield.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Quality Inn’s ballroom.

After a wedding trip to Atlantic Beach, the couple reside in Goldsboro.
