GREENSBORO — Aurelia “Amy” Grace Deeming of Goldsboro and David Wayne Barbour of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring outdoor ceremony July 26 at 3 p.m. at 1993 Mt. Hope Church Road, with Donnie Strader officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Charlotte Faye Deeming and the late William Russell Deeming Sr. of Greensboro and the granddaughter of the late Jesse Russell and Getrude Aurelia Deeming of Louisville, Ky., and the late Hobart Leon and Nannie Grace Johnson of Greensboro.

The groom is the son of Barbara Flynn Barbour and the late Malcolm David Barbour Jr. of Greensboro and the grandson of the late Frank and Kathleen Williams and the late Jackson McKinnley and Eunice Flynn of Greensboro.

The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her sons, J.T. and Cody Siler.

She wore a white tea-length gown covered with pearls, beads and stones with thin straps.

Her headpiece was a tiara of stones and a waist-length veil.

The bride carried light pink and royal blue cascading roses and calla lilies.

Debra Benjamin was maid of honor.

Kimberly Armstrong was the bridesmaid.

Pete Vandusen was best man.

Groomsmen were J.T. Siler and Cody Siler.

Breanna Armstrong was the junior bridesmaid.

Presiding at the register was Lyn Smith.

A program of wedding music was provided by Julie Rodriguez and Matthew Jones, vocalists, and David Richard Marley and his band.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held, followed by a pool party.

The couple reside in Goldsboro.
