BANNER ELK — Sarah Elizabeth Clark and Stephen Drew McFadden of Plattsmouth, Neb., exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 10 at 4:30 p.m. at The Villa at Blueberry Farm, with the Rev. George Patton officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Philip Mark and Lindsey Clark of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Luther Allen Clark Jr. and Norma Jean Clark of Cordova, Tenn., and Constance Fox and the late Ronald Alfred James Fox of England.

She graduated from Rosewood High School and Wayne Community College as a certified medical assistant.

The groom is the son of Dr. Craig and Nancy McFadden of Goldsboro and Howard and Pat Wright of Richmond.

He graduated from Goldsboro High School and East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a satin halter gown with a beaded lace bodice and beaded cut-out lace appliqués. It was a ballgown-style with a monarche-length train.

Her headpiece was a crystal and rhinestone tiara attached to a three-tiered cathedral-length veil.

The bride carried cascading blue and white flowers.

Catherine Howell was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Rebecca Clark, Deborah Wright and Rebekah Wright.

William Wright was best man.

Groomsmen were Christopher Knotts, John Murphy and Philip Clark.

Paul and Margaret Clark directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Michaela Weidinger.

A program of wedding music was provided by a string trio.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at the Blueberry Farm Winery.

After a wedding trip to Jackson Hole, Wyo., the couple reside in Plattsmouth.

The groom’s parents and stepparents held a rehearsal dinner at Daniel Boone Inn.
