CLAYTON — Amber Rae Bundy of Raleigh and Jonathan Harris of Wilson exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 1 at 3 p.m. at The Wagner House, with the Rev. Robert Dowen officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bonnie Waddell Bundy of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Raymond A. and Louise Waddell of Goldsboro.

She graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2000 and North Carolina State University in 2004 with Bachelor of Science degrees in criminology and anthropology. She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She is employed as a clinical research coordinator at Triangle Medical Research Associates.

The groom is the son of Patricia Sharpe of Rocky Mount and the grandson of Johnny and Ann Harris of Rocky Mount.

He graduated from Southern Nash High School in 1999 and Barton College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. He is employed as a service advisor at Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson.

The bride was escorted by her grandfather and given in marriage by her mother.

She wore a silk-cotton faille off-the-shoulder A-line ivory gown with a pleated neckline and a band at the waist.

Amy Jo Jones and Christina Glenn were matrons of honor, while Jennifer Lawhorn was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Benfield and Chelsea Marti.

Sean Rogerson was best man.

Groomsmen were Heith Cummings, B.J. Stell and Ron Sharpe.

Haven Williamson was flower girl. Austin Edmundson was ringbearer.

Dawn Edmundson directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Stephanie Garrett.

Sydney Edmundson was the miniature bride.

A program of wedding music was provided by Brooke Wiggs, vocalist, and Josh Wiggs, guitarist.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Wagner House.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple reside in Raleigh.

Events held before the wedding included a bridesmaids’ luncheon at the Royal Tea Room hosted by the bride’s mother and grandmother and Ernestine McKeel; a dinner/shower hosted by the co-workers of the bride; a shower at the home of Christina Glenn hosted by the bridesmaids; and a floating shower at the home of Ernestine McKeel hosted by Ms. McKeel and Dawn Edmundson.

The couple hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Wagner House.
