Nicole P. Bradford and Christopher L. Newlin of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 26 at 1 p.m. at Unity Fellowship Church, with Pastor Kelvin Gurley officiating.

The bride is the daughter of LeCora Price and Rita Lancaster of Goldsboro, the stepdaughter of Dan Lancaster and Joan Price and the granddaughter of the late Monroe and Erskine Price and Cedric and Dedamae Sullivan of Goldsboro.

She is a 1995 graduate of Rosewood High School and a 2006 graduate of Johnston Community College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in radiology. She is employed as a radiology technologist at Immediate Care.

The groom is the son of Roy Newlin of Clayton, Del., and Vivian Frazier of Kenansville, the stepson of Lynn Newlin and the grandson of the late Elmer Newlin Jr. and Lillie Mae Hughes of Smyrma, Del., and Dorothy Collins and the late Charles Wagman of Cheswold, Del.

He is a 1985 graduate of Walkersville High School. He is employed as a truck driver at Raynor Farm Services.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore an ivory strapless A-line gown with a sheer taffeta overlay that started at the waist and extended to the chapel-length train. The gown was trimmed in champagne-colored ribbon and embroidery accented with crystal and pearl beading.

Her headpiece was a scroll rhinestone, crystal and pearl tiara with a two-tiered fingertip-length veil trimmed with ivory ribbon..

Kelly Jones was her sister’s matron of honor.

Dawn Dobbins, friend of bride, was the bridesmaid.

J.W. Newlin was his brother’s best man.

Dwayne Miller, friend of groom, was the groomsman.

Katlyn Bradford, daughter of bride, was flower girl. Jordan Bond, nephew of groom, was ringbearer.

Holly Thomas, friend of couple, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Lauren Jones. Hannah and Mckenzie Thomas distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Jarette and Joy Wynne, vocalists.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple reside in Goldsboro.

A pig picking was held May 26 at the at the home of the bride’s mother.
