FLETCHER — Jenna Marie Quintilone-Jordan and Christon Daniel Spence of Charlotte exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 7 at 4:45 p.m. at the Orchard at Broadmoor, with the Rev. Katherine Blackburn officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Robin D. and Carol S. Jordan of Asheville and the granddaughter of Jean and Louis P. Quintilone of Buffalo, N.Y., Rose Horn of Hamburg, N.Y., and the late Stanley E. Fronckowiak.

She is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology. She is a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. She is employed as a program coordinator at Holy Angels Home of Belmont.

The groom is the son of Michael P. and Jeanne Spence of Goldsboro and the grandson of the late Robert and Audrey Spence and Leah Brown of Great Falls, Mont.

He graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He served with the North Carolina National Guard with the 30th Heavy Separate Brigade and is also a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is employed as an outdoor operations technician at Carmel Country Club of Charlotte.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

She wore a strapless tulle sheath gown with beaded lace appliqués.

She wore a crystal headband with a detachable veil.

The bride carried a nosegay of sunflowers, roses, leonids and autumn accents.

Kristi McAdams was her sorority sister’s maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Sarah Jordan and Erin Jordan, sisters of the bride; Julie Haywood, childhood friend of the bride; and Neva Brown, sorority sister of the bride.

Jason Edmonston was his fraternity brother’s best man.

Groomsmen were Robert Spence and Kevin Spence, brothers of the groom; P.D. Mayfield, fraternity brother of the groom; and Charlie Foxx, friend of the groom.

Madison Pospiech was flower girl. Noah Braden Miller, cousin of the groom, was ringbearer.

A program of wedding music was provided by Chuck Taft, pianist.

Following the ceremony, a buffet dinner reception was held.

After a wedding trip to Grand Cayman Island and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple reside in Charlotte.

Events held before the wedding included a shower Sept. 16 hosted by Marketta Fluker and Louise Green, co-workers of the bride, and a shower Aug. 19 hosted by Kristi McAdams and Neva Brown.

The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner at the Orchard at Broadmoor.
