Vernon R. and Millie C. Kepley announce the marriage of their son, David Alan Kepley, to Lillianne McDonald, daughter of Laryce Henderson Rybka of Raleigh and the late Eugene James McDonald Sr., Aug. 18.
The couple reside in Oak Island.
