KINSTON — Tara Christine Dail and Christopher Worth Heath exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 3 at 3 p.m. at Faith Fellowship Church, with Dr. Randy Spaugh and Dr. J.C. Alexander, uncle of the bride, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Roger and Bonnie Dail of LaGrange and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robbie Killette Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Dail Sr. of LaGrange.

She attended Pitt Community College and East Carolina University. She is employed as a paralegal with Colombo, Kitchin, Dunn, Ball and Porter attorneys in Greenville.

The groom is the son of Worth and Carolyn Heath of Kinston and the grandson of Charlotte Myers and the late Ronald Myers of Washington and the late Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Worth Heath of Kinston.

He graduated from East Carolina University in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree in industrial distribution and logistics. He is employed with Dillon Supply Co.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a satin A-line gown with a split front overskirt covered in scrolling embroidery adorned with Swarovski crystals. It had a chapel-length train with embroidery.

She wore a two-tiered white veil embellished with vines of crystal flowers and a crystal-encrusted tiara.

She carried a hand-tied bouquet of pink calla lilies attached to her baby’s Bible.

Mindy Rouse of LaGrange served as her cousin’s maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Jaime Moore of Kinston, Nikki Sutton of Snow Hill, April Letchworth of Ayden, Tiffanie Chase of Goldsboro and Kristin Roman of Kinston, cousin of the groom.

Worth Heath served as his son’s best man.

Ushers were Ethan Dail of LaGrange, brother of the bride; Nathan Hollingsworth of Greenville; Clay Dunn of Kinston; Austin Myers of Washington, cousin of the groom; and Chad Sutton of Snow Hill.

Gracie Herring was the flower girl. Joshua Killette, cousin of the bride, was the ringbearer.

Diane Harrison, cousin of the bride, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Amber Hatcher, cousin of the bride. Ryan Roman and Marshall Singleton, cousins of the groom, distributed programs.

Benjamin Brame, cousin of the bride, was Scripture reader.

Hoyt Killette and Steve Killette, cousins of the bride, were acolytes.

A program of wedding music was provided by Jacob Mewborn, pianist, and Jeff Killette and Jordan Rouse, cousins of the bride, vocalists.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents held a reception at Falling Creek Country Club of Kinston. Mr. and Mrs. Will Brame, uncle and aunt of the bride, greeted guests. Eloise Killette, aunt of the bride, and Lori Roman, aunt of the groom, served the wedding cake. Shaun Griffey, aunt of the bride, poured punch.

After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple reside in Kinston.

Events held before the wedding included a bridesmaids’ luncheon June 2 at the Vineyard at Frenchman’s Creek hosted by Scotty Brame, aunt of the bride; a bachelor cookout May 26 hosted by Worth Heath and Nathan Hollingsworth at the Heath home; a luncheon May 26 in Greenville hosted by employees of Colombo, Kitchin, Dunn, Ball and Porter; a dinner May 20 at Lydia’s Tea Room hosted by Charlotte Myers, Bill and Gwen Myers, John and Kay Myers and Wayne and Teresa Singleton; a lingerie shower May 9 hosted by Deborah and Mindy Rouse, Jaime Moore and Nikki Sutton at the Rouse home; a bachelorette party May 5 through 7 in Emerald Isle hosted by the bridesmaids; a honey-do shower and pig picking April 20 at Faith Fellowship Church hosted by friends of the groom; a pantry shower April 20 hosted by Mary Dail and JoAnna Dail at the home of Mary Dail; a miscellaneous shower April 2 at Faith Fellowship Church hosted by friends of the couple; and a miscellaneous shower March 26 at LaGrange Free Will Baptist Church hosted by friends and family of the bride.

The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner at the Barn Steakhouse in Kinston.
