SAULT STE. MARIE, Ontario, Canada — Dr. Kara Lee Paat and Dr. Mathew Gerald Wilding exchanged vows May 13 at 4 p.m.
John Maccarone officiated at the ceremony on St. Mary’s River waterfront.
Parents of the bride are Johan and Asta Paat of Sault Ste. Marie. She is the granddaughter of Adele Rebane of Sault Ste. Marie.
Parents of the groom are Sandra Wilding and Robert Wilding of Sault Ste. Marie. He is the grandson of Jerry and Mary Wilding of Sault Ste. Marie.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.
Bridesmaids were Raquel Paat and Joelle Hagan, sisters of the bride.
Groomsmen were Kris Jonasson, friend of the groom, and Marty Wilding, brother of the groom.
Kallie Hagan, niece of the bride, and Sarah Wilding, niece of the groom, were flower girls. Jakob Hagan, nephew of the bride, and Nathan Wilding, nephew of the groom, were ring bearers.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic with a doctorate of chiropractic degree and a bachelor of science degree in human biology. She is employed at Chiropractic Advantage.
The groom graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1998 with a doctorate of chiropractic degree and a bachelor of science degree in human biology. He is employed at Chiropractic Advantage.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Holiday Inn ballroom.
