Anderson - Forehand
Jeane Denise Forehand of Pikeville and Billy Eugene Anderson Jr. exchanged promises May 21 at 3 p.m.
Jimmy Whitfield and Don Sauls officiated at the double-ring ceremony at First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Clif and Evie Harper of Kinston and Charles and Doris Forehand of Pikeville are parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Minnie Collier of Goldsboro and Mr. and Mrs. Luther Forehand.
Jeff and Jan Crocker and Billy Sr. and Susan Anderson of Pikeville are parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Woodard Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Coley.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and sisters and escorted by her parents.
Bridesmaids were Susan Forehand, Sandi Gregory, Sherry Pate, Leigh Jones and Marti Jones.
Tate Anderson was his father’s best man. Ushers were Mikal Pate, Josh Gregory, Derek Speight and Chris Pate. Groomsmen were Stevie Jones, Jeff Thompson, Joe Strouse, Jerry Howell and Jamie Mitchell.
Honorary attendants were Ashlie Sasser, Katie Aldridge, Stephanie Jones, Eliza Jones, Melodi Blackman, Heather Biggerstaff, Kathryn Visco, Gena Wall, Daniel Smith, Chris Lee, Ken Hansley, Rodney Braswell, Chad Clark, Jeff Williams and Jed Honn.
Dallas Jones and Dakota Jones were flower girls.
Jay Sauls directed the wedding. Presiding at the register were Ashlie Sasser, Katie Aldridge, Stephanie Jones and Eliza Jones. Stephanie Sauls, Elizabeth Mooring, Paige Reeves and Christa Serlick distributed programs.
A program of wedding music was provided by Carolyn Castania, aunt of the bride, pianist, and Logan Pate, Sherry Pate and Leigh Jones, vocalists.
After a wedding cruise to Key West and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple are residing in Pikeville.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church.
The couple’s families and friends held showers in March, April and May.
A rehearsal dinner was held at First Pentecostal Church.
