Jennifer Radford and Jared Dupuis of Pikeville exchanged promises March 5 at 2 p.m.

The Rev. Steve Holder officiated at the double-ring ceremony at El-Bethel Assembly.

The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Judy Radford of Goldsboro. She is the granddaughter of the late Sidney Walker and the late Doris Walker of Goldsboro and the late James and Alice Radford of Princeton.

The groom is the son of Reginald and Barbara Dupuis of Goldsboro. He is the grandson of the late Clao Mayon, Belle Mayon and Sidney and Virginia Burkhalter of Morgan City, La.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of white satin and crystal organza with a halter neckline accented with an empire waistline. The bodice was embellished with beadwork of rhinestone and pearls. The A-line skirt was enhanced with an overlay of crystal organza that flowed into a chapel-length beaded train.

For her headpiece, she chose a comb of pearls and rhinestone that cascaded into a single tier of silk illusion edged with bugle beads.

Kimberly Sherry, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Debbie Johnson and Emily Girad, friends of the bride.

Reginald Dupuis was his son’s best man. Ushers and groomsmen were Mark Dupoise and Ray Cannon, friends of the groom.

Stephanie Smith was flower girl. Nicholas Sherry was ring bearer.

Terry Radford, aunt of the bride, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Nicole Wiler.

A program of wedding music was provided by George Walker, uncle of the bride, pianist; Daniel Hooper, friend of the bride, keyboardist; and Delwood Washington, vocalist and drummer.

After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple is residing in Pikeville.

The bride is a 1992 graduate of Rosewood High School and a 1995 graduate of Wayne Community College with a degree in computer systems. She is employed as a program assistant with WAGES.

The groom graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in 1990. He is employed as supervisor with J.J. Haines.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church family life center.

The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner March 4 at the church family life center.

On Feb. 27, Kimberly Sherry, Debbie Johnson and Emily Girard held a bridal shower.

Co-workers of the bride held a wedding shower Feb. 26.

On Feb. 20, the bride’s mother; Janel Radford and Terry Radford, aunts of the bride; and Kimberly Sherry held a wedding shower.
