LUMBERTON — Pamela Renee Wade and Tony Delane Lee of Lumberton were united in marriage June 12 at 3 p.m.

Pastor Magalene Locklear officiated at the double-ring ceremony at God’s Temple.

Roger and Jane Wade of Goldsboro are parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Annie B. Casey and Celia Wade of Goldsboro, the late Edward Casey and the late James Wade.

Parents of the groom are Woodrow and Betty Locklear of Lumberton and Edison D. Lee of Chadbourne. He is the grandson of Lowis and Magalene Locklear and Riley Jacobs of Lumberton and Edison Lee of Fayetteville.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin A-line gown embellished with beadwork on the bodice and down the length of the chapel-length train. The skirt and train had lace cutouts and a scalloped edge.

Sherri Cannon, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Connie Lee and Sheila Morales, friends; Nikki Locklear, sister of the groom; and Carla Jacobs, cousin of the groom.

Alex and Taylor Lee were their father’s best men. Groomsmen were Louis Locklear, stepgrandfather of the groom; Allen Cannon, brother-in-law of the bride; and Bobby Jacobs, relative of the groom.

Jacob Jacobs was honorary usher.

Haley Cannon, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Jared Jacobs was ring bearer.

Mary Carter, aunt of the groom, directed the ceremony. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Jennifer Gainous, friend.

A program of wedding music was provided by Bobby and Carla Jacobs, vocalists.

After a wedding trip to Shenandoah Valley, Va., the couple will reside in Lumberton.

The bride is employed as an office associate at Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

The groom is employed as a business manager with Bleecker Automotive Group.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Godwin Heights Community Center.

On May 23, friends and family held a lawn and garden shower at God’s Temple.

Co-workers of the bride held a miscellaneous shower May 21 at Wal-Mart.

On May 7, a pajama party and lingerie shower at the home of Jennifer Gainous.

The bride’s family held a miscellaneous shower April 24 at El-Bethel Assembly.
