Pastor Martha D. King officiated at the double-ring ceremony at the House of Deliverance Church.
Parents of the bride are Albert L. Jr. and Mary D. Williams of Dudley.
Parents of the groom are Linwood Armwood of Philadelphia, Pa., and Geneva Martin of Goldsboro.
