PIKEVILLE -- Cassandra Lassiter scored a game-high 21 points on Wednesday to pace C.B. Aycock past ECC rival Southern Wayne.
Sophomore Victoria Patnaude added seven points for the Golden Falcons (4-16, 3-9 ECC 3A), who also got six points from freshman Abbey Thomas.
Southern Wayne was led by Machiah Moore, who scored 19 points, and Erykah Baldwin, who finished with 12 points.
