The Chargers fell by one goal Thursday in a hard fought championship game against their rival, Greenfield.
Wayne Country Day's men's squad lost the CPIC championship game in a match that went all the way into double overtime, with Greenfield besting them by two goals to one.
The teams faced off at Wayne County Day School, allowing the Chargers to round out their season at home.
