The Lady Warriors fell to J.H. Rose Tuesday, winning only two singles sets.
In singles play, Bella Bowen fell to Frances Reed, 6-0, 6-1; Emily Stratton fell to Marayah Stokes, 6-0, 6-0; Maddie Agner fell to ginger Evans, 6-2, 6-0; Amelia Dunmire def. Emma Byrum 6-4, 6-1; Ava Bowen def. Jayme Goldman 6-2, 6-2; and Bess Gibson fell to Mary Grace Smith 6-4, 6-4.
In doubles play, the Lady Warriors lost all three sets.
This brings Eastern Wayne's conference record to 2-9, and overall record to 4-10.
Their next match is Thursday at Southern Wayne,
