GOLF: Lane Tree Ladies news

Nan Jarrell secured game-of-the-week honors from the red tees during play on the Lane Tree Golf Club links.
Shelley Leder and Sherry Minner seized low net and low putts, respectively.
Betty Jean Gurley snagged GOW accolades from the forward tees. Novella Zambelli won low net and Linda Watson claimed low putts.
Cathy Garris took second-gross accolades in the championship flight during an Eastern Ladies League match contested at Birchwood Golf Course. Cathy Sager had second net and Minner grabbed low putts in first flight action.
In third flight, LTGC winners were Barbara Hill (second gross) and Lou Wilson (second net).
Mary Sutton emerged as the winner in the NCWGA State Play Day Net tournament held at LTGC on Saturday. She posted a score of 61.
