PREP GOLF: Wayne Christian finishes 3rd in CPIC

GREENVILLE -- Darden Bynum shot a team-low, 18-hole round of 93 as Wayne Christian finished third in the season-ending Coastal Plains Independent 1-A Conference tournament conested at Bradford Creek Country Club on Monday.
Wayne Country Day claimed the CPIC title with a four-player score of 336. Community Christian shot a 393.
Drake Wise (94), Micaiah Singletary (98) and Will Gibson (116) rounded out Wayne Christian's four-player total of 401. Braxton Flores, Adam Grady and Dalton Graham also participated for the Eagles.
