BOYS' TENNIS: Wayne Country Day defeats RMA

ROCKY MOUNT -- Wayne Country Day seized a three-point advantage after doubles play and cruised past Rocky Mount Academy, 7-2, on Wednesday afternoon.
Sam Dively-Charlie Dees prevailed 8-2 at the No. 1 doubles flight, while Alec Fritzinger-Gray Langston posted a shutout at No. 2. The third-seeded duo of Will Rose-Peter Ye squeezed out an 8-6 decision.
Dively, Fritzinger, Dees and Rose each emerged victorious in singles play.
