BASEBALL: Eagles pick up first road victory

DEEP RUN -- Rosewood tallied 10 hits en route to a 6-4 non-conference victory over South Lenoir Monday evening.
Max White went 2-for-3 with two RBI and Tucker Chapin went 2-for-4 with two RBI. Kolby Harris added two hits and an RBI. Chance Howard, Stalen Massengill, Conner Vernon and Bradley Tanner each had one hit apiece.
Jonathan Peacock pitched a complete game and gave up four runs, six hits and struck-out five batters.
The Eagles will host Midway on Thursday.
