GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Holloman leads WCDS with 20 points in season-ending loss

FAYETTEVILLE -- Jala Holloman dropped in 20 points during Wayne Country Day's season-ending loss to Trinity Christian in the N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association Class 1-Aplayoffs Saturday evening.
Lillian Freeman added 15 points.
"The girls played very well and competed from start to finish,"WCDS head coach David Flowers said. "I'm very proud of the season these girls had and with no seniors, it's going to be a lot of fun to see how much we can improve before next season."
WCDS finished the year 19-8 overall.
