GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Princeton earns share of Carolina 1A regular-season title

SALEMBURG -- Jordan Benson led three Princeton players in double figures with 12 points during a historic victory over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Lakewood on Tuesday evening.
The Bulldogs (17-4 overall, 12-1 CC) clinched a share of the regular-season championship for the first time in 30 years. They cap their league campaign Thursday at rival Rosewood.
Jazmaine McCain and Emily Ricks contributed 10 points apiece.
