Middle schools
* Girls' basketball: Grantham 39, Wayne School of Engineering 19 -- Alissa Meadows emerged as the Bulldogs' top scorer with 19 points. Morgan Kennedy (nine points), Abbey Parker (six points) and Dmia Wright (four points) also scratched in the scorebook. Mary Archibald knocked down 17 points for WSE. Grantham (10-3 overall) filed a 6-2 record against Wayne County Middle Schools Athletic Conference Division II competition this season.
* Boys' basketball: Grantham 59, Wayne School of Engineering 11 -- Tayvon Callahan led the Bulldogs' charge with 15 points. Mark Graham and Terquavis Butler tickled the twine for 10 points apiece. Tedarius Butler and Trae Roa each scored seven points. D'untae Wright and Jonathan Hall each picked up five points. Grantham ended the year 7-6 overall and 5-3 against WCMSAC Division II opposition.
* Boys' basketball: Norwayne 54, Brogden 6 -- Kris Reid tallied a team-best nine points for the Cobras. Ashton Perozeni contributed eight points, five rebounds, three assists and five steals. Omarreyon Johnson had six points and five rebounds. Kaden Jones tallied six points, three rebounds and one steal. Norwayne (10-1 overall) entertains Eastern Wayne on Feb. 8.
* Boys' basketball: Wayne Christian 52, Community Christian23 -- Davis led the Eagles with 12 points.
