GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Pope John Paul II handles Wayne Christian

GREENVILLE - Abi Harrelson scored nine points during Wayne Christian's 56-38 loss to Coastal Plains Independent 1-A Conference rival Pope John Paul II on Tuesday evening.
Emma Harbuck scored eight points. Kasey Norris contributed seven points. Adayah Ginn (five points), Payton Jackson (four points) and Ashlee Harrelson (two points) also scratched in the scoreboard.
The Eagles logged 31 rebounds as a team.
