GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Eagles post road win

KINSTON -- Kasey Norris poured in eight of her team-best 18 points in the fourth quarter, and Wayne Christian turned back Bethel Christian 43-35 in a pre-holiday tournament at Parrott Academy.
WCS led 20-16 at halftime.
Emma Harbuck complimented Norris' effort with 10 points. Abi Harrelson registered seven points, followed by Adayah Ginn with six points.
