BOYS' SOCCER: North Duplin falls to James Kenan

WARSAW -- North Duplin fell 3-2 to James Kenan in a tightly contested Carolina 1-A Conference battle.
James Kenan went up 1-0 in the 10th minute, by Dario Castaneda tied the score three 3 and a half minutes later off an assist by Juan Garcia.
The Tigers then scored two straight goals to take a 3-1 lead. Their third goal was a corner that hit North Duplin's goalie on the foot, deflected off the post and rolled across the line.
Garcia added a penalty kick in the 73rd minute to close the gap to 3-2.
North Duplin (4-8-1, 3-6) hosts Rosewood on Wednesday.
