VOLLEYBALL: Midway ends Rosewood's streak

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- Midway snapped Rosewood's three-match win streak with a 25-14, 25-16, 25-14 non-conference win Monday afternoon.
The Raiders swept the two-game, regular-season series.
Toree Marak led the Eagles' offense with six kills and posted three blocks, while senior Hannah Daniels registered three kills.
Ada Rivera led the defense with nine digs, followed by sophomore Hailey Weeks with six. Sophomores Carrie Beckert and Braylee Butts each had four digs.
Kaitlyn Kincaid dished out 11 assists.
Rosewood departed 3-9 overall.
