* Volleyball: Princeton d. Cleveland -- Bulldogs needed three sets to defeat the Rams. PHS travels to Hobbton today.
* Volleyball: C.B. Aycock d. Southern Wayne 25-11, 25-23 -- McKenzie Norris posted three kills, four aces and eight assists as the Golden Falcons improved to 9-1 overall this season. Lydia Butler served four aces. Sophomore Victoria Isler had two blocks. Freshman Abigail Lancaster led the CBA defense with 11 digs.
* Volleyball: New Bern d. Eastern Wayne 25-16, 25-15 -- Sophomore Demya Yelverton had three kills and two service aces in the Warriors' straight-set loss on the Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference scene. Sophomore Brittany Atkinson had four digs on defense. Sophomore Ziomara Williams dished out two assists.
