ECBL: Goldsboro shuts out Southern Wayne White

Chandler Patrick and Josh Hartsfield combined for eight strikeouts, and Goldsboro handed Southern Wayne White a 10-0, mercy-rule defeat on the Mina Weil Park diamond Wednesday evening.
Elijah Curtis emerged as Goldsboro's top hitter with a 2-for-2 performance at the plate. Patrick doubled.
Hartsfield, Cameron Roux, Peter Mehlhaff, Brody Marti and Austin Ruiz provided one hit apiece.
Goldsboro continues play Thursday at Eastern Carolina Baseball League foe Greene Central Red.
