Holden Foster pounded out three hits and drove in a run during Wayne Christian's 9-6, non-conference loss to Terra Ceia on Tuesday evening.
Senior catcher Hunter Burt batted 2-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base. Will White (RBI), Mason White, Hill and Jaxon Anderson each contributed one hit.
Ryan Kennedy collected an RBI.
Anderson and Foster combined for an eight-hitter and 10 strikeouts on the mound. However, Terra Ceia capitalized on nine walks and one Wayne Christian error.
Weather permitting, the Eagles entertain rival Wayne Country Day on Thursday.
