Rosewood-Princeton rescheduled to Friday

PRINCETON -- Rosewood and Princeton athletics directors agreed to move their Carolina 1-A Conference clashes to Friday evening.
Each game starts at 6:30 p.m. on the Fred Barthlomew Jr. Athletic Complex.
The soccer game will not be played.
In baseball, Rosewood (9-6 overall) and Princeton (11-3) trail defending conference champion Spring Creek by one game in the standings.
On the softball side, nine-time defending Carolina champion Princeton (7-1, 4-1 CC) faces Rosewood, which is 4-6 overall with all four wins coming against league opposition.
PHS athletics director Marty Gurganus said today's games against Smithfield-Selma remain on schedule. The varsity baseball game begins at 4 p.m. due to the Honor Society Inductions at SSS. The JV game will be played at 7 p.m.
