PLAYOFFS: Top-seeded Terry Sanford rolls past Saints

FAYETTEVILLE -- Zaria Atkins concluded her prep career with a 13-point effort in Southern Wayne's season-ending 79-42 loss to top-seeded Terry Sanford in the N.C. High School Athletic Association Class 3-A playoffs Tuesday evening.
Nadia Chestnutt added nine points and Simaya Bess chipped in eight points.
The Saints ended the year 8-16 overall.
