Hobbton boys knock off North Duplin

NEWTON GROVE -- JP Payton tallied a team-leading 17 points as North Duplin endured a 70-59 loss to Hobbton on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene Tuesday evening.
Terrion Addison recorded 11 points for the Rebels. Teammates Luke Britt and Dexter Morrisey collected eight points apiece. Malik Cobb and Travaye Darden each scored six points.
North Duplin (4-15 overall) entertains Spring Creek on Friday.
