Princeton boys erase deficit, but Hobbton prevails in triple OT

PRINCETON -- Princeton rallied from a 16-point halftime deficit, but couldn't complete the comeback in a 69-66, triple-overtime loss to Carolina 1-A Conference foe Hobbton on Tuesday evening.
Demarcus Ellis led four Bulldogs in double figures with 19 points. Austin Sullivan chipped in 17. Adrian Whack and Earl Gibson Jr. contributed 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Princeton (0-13 overall, 0-3 CC) entertains North Duplin today.
