Kornegay scores 17 points, Aycock snaps 4-game skid

PIKEVILLE -- Cameron Kornegay delivered a 17-point effort and Charles B. Aycock snapped a four-game skid with a 53-41, non-conference conquest of South Johnston on Tuesday evening.
Keyshawn Cobb and Ian Best added eight points apiece for the Golden Falcons, who rose to 1-4 overall this season. Alex Mooring and Tyrique Ford each logged six points.
Chandler Matthews scored five points.
The Golden Falcons cross the Little River on Friday to play Rosewood.
