Middle schools
* Volleyball: Rosewood d. Wayne School of Engineering 20-25, 25-15, 25-14, 17-25, 15-8 -- Rylee Myers served five aces and cranked out four kills during the Eagles' regular-season finale. Rosewood finished 9-4 overall and 6-2 against Wayne County Middle School Athletic Conference Division II opposition.
* Football: Grantham 38, Spring Creek 16 -- Mark Graham scored touchdowns on runs of 50 and 45 yards. Demetric Wright threw scoring strikes to Alfonso Oates (50 yards) and Tayvon Callahan (40 yards). Wright also caught a TD pass. Graham and Tanner Brock each added a two-point conversion. Kadarius Hall emerged as the Bulldogs' defensive leader with 12 tackles and one fumble recovery. Grantham improved to 3-3 overall this season.
