Rampants topple Saints on volleyball court

GREENVILLE -- Defending state 4-A champion J.H. Rose handed Southern Wayne a 25-7, 25-11, 25-22 loss in Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference play on Tuesday afternoon.
"(A) great offensive game by Amber Pfenning, and some strong touches on blocking from Macayla Tyndall and Faith Gurley," first-year SW head coach Sarah Robertson said. "(Our) serve receive just couldn't adapt."
