DUDLEY -- Josh Graham pulled in five catches for 47 yards during Southern Wayne's 57-0, non-conference loss to Kinston at the Doyle Whitfield Athletic Complex.
Saints quarterback Quentin Carlton completed eight passes to four different receivers for 71 yards. Daniel Curtis (13 yards), Djimon Ward (9 yards) and Manny Walker (2 yards) each had one reception.
Walker paced Southern's ground game with 29 yards.
"Kinston is one of the best 2-A teams in the state and we moved the ball well on them at times," SW head coach David Lee said. "Our kids are improving each week and we still have our goals in front of us. We will put our hard hat on come Monday and work to improve some more."
The Saints (0-4 overall) open their Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference schedule at home against defending 4-A state champion New Bern. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
