Wayne Country Day collected its fourth shutout of the season, a 6-0 conquest of Community Christian on Tuesday afternoon.
Luis Lopez and Ben Cohen notched two goals apiece for the Chargers, who improved to 5-1-0 overall this season. Tony Townsend and Hunter Bryson each provided one goal.
Midfielder Noah Adkins passed out two assists. Cohen, Kris Cooley and Hayes Gerrard each recorded one assist.
"We changed things around tonight and went with a different formation, and different personnel in (a) lot of positions," WCDS head coach Steve Ellis said. "The lads that came in did well, and pushed for starting spots. We stayed solid and never got into any trouble, which was good."
WCDS visits Wayne Christian on Thursday.
